Bio
Julian Eingang is an Austrian bassist, composer, and producer, born in 1995 in Salzburg. After teaching himself to play the electric bass in 2007, he gained studio and stage experience with various bands in his home country while attending a music conservatory. In 2016, he joined the band Poulpe and toured with them in Ukraine and Russia. This experience inspired him to make a drastic change in his musical approach, leading him to pursue jazz studies with a focus on double bass. The following year, he began studying jazz bass withli Langthaler at MUK Vienna. In 2020, he was the musical director for the musical "Eine Humoreske - unwidersteh trocken," featuring a piano duo interpreting Vienn songs by Kreisler and Bronner. In 2022, he composed and served as the musical director for the musical "Ein Heldinnenepos."
After spending one year in Hannover studying with Robert Lucaciu he is
now since 2023 living in Hamburg where he finishes his masters at the HfMT Hamburg. He studies there with Marc Mühlbauer, Vinicius Cajado, Felix von Werder and others. He also had the opportunity to study composition with Ruta Paidere.

My band, the Maraal Trio, has recorded an album in summer 2022. Our unique music brings soulful melodies and intricate harmonies.
It is also my album debut in the jazz world and I am really happy to being able to showing our work to the world
